Charlotte James commenced trading in July 1989. The business was named after the owners two children Charlotte and James and originally operated from premises in Ruthin and Hawarden, North Wales. However, due to continued success it has since relocated to fabulous new bigger premises (only five minutes from the Hawarden address), close to the historic, medieval city of Chester on the the Cheshire / North Wales border, thus enabling the company to accommodate its rapid growth from North Wales into the Wirral and Cheshire areas.

honesty, and personal friendly service. Clients return
time and time again because they trust us to give them the
best advice, superb choice and quality of designer
collections.
